Rza Flournoy

– Executive Assistant to the President

Rza Flournoy, in close partnership with the Management Team, supports NOD with scheduling for the executive calendar and serves to streamline coordination between staff and the Executive Office.

Before NOD, Rza began working in the nonprofit sector as a Field Organizer at Chicago Votes. She went on to serve as Director of Operations for Fritz Kaegi’s campaign for Cook County Assessor.

She graduated from Smith College a Government Major in 2019.
