Jeanette Krebs has spent her career in communications, as a reporter, opinions page editor and public relations strategist.
Jeanette started out as a reporter in Pennsylvania’s state capital, Harrisburg. She became the first state capitol bureau chief for the The Patriot-News and went on to become the first woman president of the Pennsylvania Legislative Correspondents Association, which represents reporters across the state who cover the state capitol.
She later became the opinions editor of the The Patriot-News/Pennlive, and the newspaper opinion pages earned the distinction of best in the state from the Pennsylvania News Media Association during her tenure.
In public relations, Jeanette has led communications efforts for many national companies and nonprofits, doing strategic communications strategy, writing and media relations.
Jeanette also is co-founder of the Pennsylvania Women’s Forum that put on events with speakers on issues important to women and families.
