Who is conducting the survey?
We’ve engaged Talmetrix, a leading employee feedback and insights company to help design, administer and glean insights from the Engagement survey.
Who can participate?
Any US-based companies with at least 500 employees can participate. Up to 30 companies can enroll on a first come, first serve basis.
How long is the survey?
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
What does it cost to participate?
The survey is administered at no cost, under the umbrella of a five-year Rehabilitation Research and Training Center (RRTC)which is funded by the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research (NIDILRR).
When can I begin?
The deadline to participate will be May 24th, 2024 and the deadline to submit signed agreements will be April 5th, 2024
What happens once I sign up?
Upon agreeing to participate, Talmetrix will provide your organization with a survey link that you will use to administer the survey to your employees. It can be shared with employees through your existing communication channels, including email, Slack/Teams, intranet, etc.
- The survey should be administered to your entire employee population or a randomized representative sample, and Talmetrix will provide guidance on random sampling protocols.
Is my data secure?
Under the terms and conditions of the federal grant guidelines applicable to all participating researchers within the EDPC, all data collected and analyzed from the Engagement survey will be held to the strictest security and confidentiality standards.
Neither your employees’ nor your organization’s data will be shared with anyone outside of the EDPC research team, and all data analyzed for publications will be done at the deidentified, aggregate level. Talmetrix is also bound by strict data security and privacy practices.
