Lorena Chelaru

Talent and Administrative Associate

Lorena comes to NOD from L&G Research and Evaluation Consulting, Inc. where she served as a Program Evaluation Manager. There she evaluated the implementation of federal and state grants in 25 schools across New York City. Prior to working at L&G, Lorena worked at various youth organizations and has over seven years of youth work experience.

Lorena earned both her Masters in Community Development and Planning and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clark University.

In her free time, Lorena enjoys baking. Some of her favorite desserts to bake are Lemon Tarts and Pomegranate Chocolate Ganache Tarts.
