Paulina Romero

– Partnerships Manager

Paulina Romero is a Partnerships Manager at NOD, working to build and nurture long-lasting relationships with our corporate partners. She brings experience working in the nonprofit and for-profit worlds, most recently as Sr. Operations Manager at iD Tech, where she oversaw program and people operations in Massachusetts. She is honored to partner with companies around the country to create a more accessible workplace.

Paulina loves learning new things and has most recently begun to explore pottery art. Other hobbies include baking, knitting, reading, and spending time with her service dog in training.

Paulina holds a bachelor’s degree in Peace and Justice Studies from Wellesley College, as well as professional certificates from Cornell University and The Wharton School in Nonprofit Financial Management and HR Management and Analytics respectively.
